Dream adventure pleace  for large safaris, Tanzania remains the country hunting incontournable in a "career" of African hunter. Landscapes, great hunting (without fences!) Hunting season

The period of legal hunting in Tanzania starts on 1 July and ends on December 31 but you will find below the recommended dates for each territory.

Kilwa & Selous: From 1 July to 20 November, possibility of extension until 31 December.
1 July to mid October is the best time for lion and leopard.
1 August - 20 October is the best time for the elephant.
20 August - 20 November is the best time for buffalo and antelope.

Masai Country: From 1 July to 31 December
November 15 - December 31 is the best time to buffalo if significant rain.

Burigi & Moyowoshi: from 1 July to 1 November

Kilwa area:

Located between the Selous game reserve and the Indian Ocean, the great hunting area is very promising in view of the first eight seasons. Area that has never been driven in the past except by a few hunters residents. Some villages are located within the hunting area, but thanks to the collaboration with them poaching has almost disappeared. The strict implementation several years ago now bears fruit and we are now proud to hold one of the most beautiful hunting areas of Tanzania. Elephants like a lot on our territory and each year we see and it takes increasingly large males. With regard to the lions we were among the first to introduce the management, which aims not to take the lions under 6 years and the results are already there, unlike a lot of hunting in Africa lions are more and more! Leopard, buffalo, sable, eland and kudu great home tojujours are in large quantities. It also crosses zebra, hippopotamus, buffalo Lichtenstein, sylvatic guib, Nyasaland wildebeest, warthog, impala, klipspringer, ourébi, hyena, baboons and duikers Grimm. More rare but present: Crocodile (low quota), reed Cob, bushpigs, suni and highly sought duikers Natal. There are regular old trophy animals and are therefore very good.  Four camps. Approximately 1 hour flight from Dar es Salaam and then 35 min to 3 h from the airstrip to camp.The beautiful beaches of the Indian Ocean is 3 hours drive from the camp, the opportunity to spend one or more nights for recreation and / or the large fisheries.

Zone Masai Country:

Located 4 hours drive from Arusha, this area is bordered to the north by the conservation area of the Ngorongoro Crater and west by the Manyara Park. Vast plains, thorny bushes, hills and mountains are a magnificent landscape. Small Area exceptional kudu, giraffe gazelle, fringed-eared oryx, Grant's gazelle, Thomson's gazelle, white bearded wildebeest, zebra, impala, dik-dik Kirk and sand. You can also hunt: leopard, eland, buffalo coke klipspringer, warthogs, redunca mountain guib sylvatic Masai, hyena, jackal, grysbok, baboons and a few bars and very few lions. Best time: July, November and December. Two camps. Kilimanjaro International Airport 45 minutes from Arusha. Combination hunting and photo safari facilitated by the proximity of national parks (Serengeti, Manyara, Tarangire and Ngorongoro). Transfer by car from Arusha to the camp.
